Course name: Nurse Aide Training Program Course hours: 80 clock hours In consideration of my acceptance as a student for the Nurse Aide Training program as of the above date, I hereby enroll and obligate myself to pay the order of River Parishes Institute LLC, the following; Please check your preferred payment option.
